I have 2 Tactacam solos, and both of them will frequently disconnect from my phone, freeze up to where I can’t power them off or change the mode

My solo ultra won’t connect to my iPhone.

How do i reset the wifi password if i forgot it?

Do I format the new sd card before I charge it?

I have the Solo camera. It seems to record in about 10 minute segments, which is not the problem, and each time it starts a new segment/file it vibrates. Is there a way to stop that vibration. I have it mounted to my bow and the vibration makes a noise loud enough to spook the deer.

Unfortunately, we don't have much experience with this device, however, judging from our experience there is no option to disable the vibration as it indicates the start of a new video.

The best way to format this camera is to connect it to the computer or smartphone and erase the data. You don't need the Wi-fi to be active.
