Shipping methods

The Optics Trade online store offers worldwide shipping—literally to any destination across the globe. During the checkout process, customers can select from various shipping methods. Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive an email with tracking information for their parcel.

Shipping costs are determined by the following factors:

• Parcel size
• Shipping method
• Address Country

• Pošta Slovenije (only in Slovenia)
• Hrvatska pošta (only in Croatia)

 

Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, taxes are already included in the product price, so the package will not go through customs, and no customs or import duties will apply.

However, if the delivery is to a country outside the European Union or taxes are not included at checkout, customs and import duties may apply. In such cases, the delivery company will contact you regarding any additional fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges vary by country, and we have no control over them, so we cannot provide an exact amount.

To avoid surprises, it’s recommended to consult your local customs office for potential fees before placing an order. Please note that Optics Trade cannot cover or refund these charges.

To ensure faster delivery and avoid any potential delays, we offer options that allow you to prepay customs fees. At checkout, simply select UPS Express Saver with all Customs fees included or FedEx with all customs fees included, and you won't have to pay any additional fees when the package arrives in the destination country. Please note that these shipping methods are available only for selected countries.
