Payment methods

Credit Cards

We accept payments from customers worldwide using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay. When selecting credit card payment, you may either enter your card information directly on the checkout page to complete the payment when placing the order, or the system may redirect you to a secure page to input your details and finalize the payment after the order is placed. Rest assured, all pages where you enter confidential information are encrypted and secured to ensure your safety.

PayPal

PayPal is one of the most trusted and widely used payment methods for online purchases, known for its safety and ease of use. These qualities make it a popular choice among our customers as well. We offer several ways to use PayPal on our site:

PayPal Express Checkout: The fastest option, requiring just a click of the PayPal Express button on the product, shopping cart, or checkout page.

PayPal Standard: This option allows you to fill out all the necessary details on the checkout page and select PayPal as your payment method. You can then pay using either your PayPal account or a variety of credit cards without needing to create a PayPal account.

PayPal Invoice: Typically used for purchasing items not listed on our website or for placing a down payment (30% of the total value) on products with longer production times. You can request a PayPal invoice from our customer support team, and you’ll receive an email with payment instructions. This can be paid using your PayPal balance (if you have an account) or with various credit cards, without requiring registration.

Cash on Delivery

We offer cash on delivery (C.O.D.) within the EU exclusively when using UPS shipping services. UPS will attempt to collect the payment indicated on the C.O.D. tag or package label and then forward the payment to us. If payment cannot be collected after three attempts, the package will be returned.

For our Slovenian and Croatian customers, we also offer cash on delivery through Pošta Slovenije or Hrvatska pošta.

Money transfer

We also offer money transfers or wire transfers as a payment option via bank transfer. Customers follow the standard steps when placing an order, but at the final checkout page, they select "Money Transfer" as their preferred payment method. After completing the order, they receive a proforma invoice in PDF format, containing all the necessary details for the transfer. We check for incoming funds daily, and once the payment is received, we proceed with the order, processing it just as we would with any other payment method. Wallet

We accept payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience. Simply select your preferred option at checkout, and complete the payment using your saved card details. Both payment methods ensure your information is encrypted and protected for a seamless and safe transaction.

Credit Cards over PayPal

Credit Cards over PayPal is an effective way to pay with a wide range of different credit cards which are accepted by the PayPal system. You do not need a PayPal account for this payment method and you do not need to register. Payment is done on PayPal’s encrypted page where you input your credit card information.

Payment by installments (American Express or Diners)

Payment by installments are possible with the following credit cards: Diners and American Express. When an order is completed at the checkout page and this payment method is selected, customers are redirected to Activa secured page, where they can input their credit card information and complete the payment. One of the fields in the payment procees is including the number of installments. We make sure that all the pages where you are exposing your confidential information are encrypted and secured for your safety.

Leanpay

We also offer the option of installment payments through Leanpay, which is available exclusively to customers in Slovenia.
