Athlon Talos BTR (Bright Tactical Reticle) rifle scopes come in 2 different models, the Talos BTR 1-4x24, and the Talos BTR 4-14x44. Both models have 4 times magnification range, 30 mm main tube , reticle illumination with 11 intensity settings for daytime and night time use and exposed tactical turrets for quick elevation adjustment. The magnification ring is easy usable with gloves, and goes in 180 degree turn from minimal to maximal magnification. All Athlon Talos BTR rifle scopes have fully multi coated lenses for better light transmission and contrast, are made of one piece aircraft grade aluminum for extra strength, are waterproof and nitrogen purged for fog proof use at low temperatures.

The Athlon Talos BTR 1-4x24 rifle scope is a wide angle model that has the reticle set in the second focal plane (reticle doesn't change with magnification), which is usable for CQB or IPSC competitions. The parallax setting by this model is set on 100 meters.

The other model, Talos BTR 4-14x44 model has the reticle set in the first focal plane (the reticle changes with the magnification) adjustable parallax turret (from 10 yards to infinity, with markings till 500 yards), With all these features, this rifle scopes are perfect fuitable for HTR (Hunter Field Target) competitions.
