Will this https://www.optics-trade.eu/ca/osuma-shield-sight-mount-sako.html work on a CZ 527? Basically im looking for a low profile red dot mount to mount a vector frenzy on my CZ 527.

thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, this mount will not work with your CZ 527. It is true that both have the 16.5 mm Dovetail, however, Sako has a conical Dovetail, while CZ 527 has a classic 16.5 mm Dovetail.

For your rifle and red dot sight, you will require the following adapter.

Although the adapter fits there is some significant information that we need to share with you in regards to the footprint on the Vector Optics Frenzy.

These red dot sights (Vector Optics Frenzy) have a Docter/Noblex footprint, but the adapter supplied with them has wider threaded sockets than adapters suited for a Docter/Noblex footprint. Consequently, thicker screws are enclosed. You can mount these red dots on an adapter designed specifically for the Docter/Noblex footprint, but you will need not be able to use the screws supplied with them – thinner screws are needed.
