Management

Coordinating and leading all departments is the task of our CEO (chief executive officer), Teodor Štimec, though he sees himself more as a CVO (chief visionary officer).

Scheduling tasks of individual departments and leading the entire Optics Trade team are essential. The task of the CEO is also to take care of the well-being of each employee and the entire team while still motivating them, next to maintaining good mutual relations, which are the foundation of the Optics Trade team.

Teodor also wishes to bring his vision of Optics Trade closer to all employees, while still inspiring people around him with the Optics Trade vocation.
