Have a savage 220 bolt action shotgun Mounted a hawke or 3-9+40 shotgun scope with the 3 reticles in scope Sighted it in at 50 yds Shot at a deer broadside 80 yards top reticle mist Same deer midle reticle mist Same deer lowest reticle mist How do I properly sight in this shotgun Shooting Remington accutip 260 grain , 1850 fps sabot slugs or Federal premium 275 grain , 1900 fps sabot slugs All shots at deer I was sitting in a chair and gun was in a rest and was out in open field , had good shots but don’t think gun was sighted In properly. Looking for instructions to sight this scope and gun in with the 3 reticles say at 50 yds ,100 yds , 150 yds

Please note that this scope is not specifically designed to be used on shotguns, which means that you have trouble with sighting in - a red dot sight would be more suitable in this case.

Hi There is an adjustment at the end (barrel end ) 50 yds, 30 yds, 100 infinity etc of the sight what is this for ?, can't find any reference to it inthe manual

These marks usually refer to the parallax adjustment settings; however, this scope comes with a fixed parallax at 91m / 100yds.
