I have a valmet 412s 222rem/12ga...looking for a fixed base...mainly a picitinny rail type base where I can use whatever rings I perfer... got at recommended items for me?

Can I use this on my FAIR COMBI ? Has this mount a recoil stud which will fit into the slot on the rib? Can I use a 1” scope in the rings? Thanks
