You can do that as this red dot sight shares the footprint of Docter/Noblex red dot sights, however, please note that you will need to modify the mount to fit this red dot sight. 

These red dot sights have a Docter/Noblex mounting standard, but the adapter supplied with them has wider threaded sockets than adapters suited for a Docter/Noblex mounting standard. Consequently, thicker screws are enclosed. You can mount these red dots on an adapter designed specifically for the Docter/Noblex mounting standard, but you will not be able to use the screws supplied with them – thinner screws are needed.

In addition to the Delta Optical MiniDot II red dot, the weaver mount is also included.

The Leupold DeltaPoint Pro red dot sight shares the footprint of Shield Sights red dots. Romeo 1, has a footprint suitable for mounting on certain Sig Sauer pistols – you will need a special adapter if you wish to mount it elsewhere.

Both Delta Optical MiniDot II and Burris FastFire red dots share the same mounting platform as Docter/Noblex red dot sight, however, there are some facts that you need to take into consideration regarding the MiniDot II model. 

These red dot sights (MiniDot II) have a Docter/Noblex footprint, but the adapter supplied with them has wider threaded sockets than adapters suited for a Docter/Noblex footprint. Consequently, thicker screws are enclosed. You can mount these red dots on an adapter designed specifically for the Docter/Noblex footprint, but you will need not be able to use the screws supplied with them – thinner screws are needed.

This particular red dot sight is suitable for your handgun, however, you will need a mounting adapter in order to install it. We would need to know if your PPS model is an Optics Ready type (that would mean that you received the mounting adapter with the handgun) or a classic type (you would need an aftermarket adapter).
