The History of Strasser

The RS barrel exchange system, a new feature of the RS 14, allows for a highly accurate, repeatable, and reliable change of caliber, similar to the RS 05. Strasser RS 700 Rifle Review

The Strasser RS 700 is a unique rifle that combines the innovative straight-pull system developed by Strasser with the classic design of the Remington 700. This combination results in a rifle that is both reliable and easy to use.

One of the key features of the RS 700 is its push-feed action, which allows for smooth and consistent operation. The rifle is chambered for short action calibers, making it suitable for a wide range of shooting applications. As mentioned, the RS 700 is compatible with Remington 700; hence, with many other rifles as well, which makes it a versatile option for shooters. The steel barrel of the RS 700 measures from 550 mm to 660 mm and is easily replaceable, allowing for customization to suit the specific needs of the shooter. The rifle also features an adjustable trigger with a default pull weight of 1130 g, providing a consistent and reliable trigger pull for each shot.

In terms of magazine compatibility, the RS 700 uses AICS detachable magazine with a standard four or five-round capacity. This feature allows for easy and fast reloading in the field, making the RS 700 a great choice for hunting.
