I received a national geographic spotting scope as a gift and it is a few years later and i still using it regularly for bird watching. But sadly the shell became very sticky and i am really embarrassed in front of the other high profile bird watchers. What can i do to get it fixed because it is currently not good publicity for National geographic manufacturers. Pls assist Johan
