Does the Leica Calonox Sight have a built in Range Finder? Up to what distance will it range? Also is the unit ready to ship to the US? and where do I purchase the daytime scope attachment?

Unfortunately, Leica Calonox doesn't have an integrated laser rangefinder. We are unable to ship it to the USA due to the manufacturer's restriction policy. As for the adapter, we can provide one without a problem. Please take a look at it on the page below.
