I have two guns which I want to use the same scope on, what Dentler mounts do I need? Gun 1 Merkel Helix Alpinist Gun 2 Sako 85 hunter Scope Zeiss V8 1.8 -14 x 50 Also I am looking for a thermal scope - maybe Senopex S10 but not confined yet.

We would kindly ask you if you have an older version of the Zeiss V8 that had the 36 mm tube or a newer version with the 30 mm tube. Also, we would kindly ask you to specify if you have a V8 scope with the Zeiss ZM/VM rail version.

Hi, I have the V8 with 36mm tube, the scope has no rail it needs rings. I have a couple of further questions 1. What is the build height of the base and scope attachment 2. The vario base, what adjustments does it have, is it to 1MOA ? Thank you David

The base height is 4mm and the top part is 7mm (both steel and dural). Unfortunately, the adjustment is not specifically defined, it is regulated by feeling.

Hello, I would like to know the height (bh) of the base rail plus the assembly for a Zeiss rail scope. It would be for a Merkel Helix rifle. I don't know if there are different heights. Thank you

The height of the base is approximately 6 mm, while the height of the ZM/VM compartment is around 8 mm.
