I need to know the recommended tightening torque of the rings (apel) for this scope

Necesito saber el par de apriete recomendable de las anillas (apel) para este visor

Please note that the suggested torque value for upper ring screws is approximately 2.2 Nm and around 3 Nm or less for the base screws.
