According to the manual of the Equalizer, there is mulitple holes under the optic plate for different mounting solutions but does not specify which ones. The pistol does not come with any mounting plates, therefore the suitable red dot can be mounted directly. Please be so kind and send a picture of the footprint, so we can assist you further.

The Equalizer has an optic footprint already milled into the slide. The footprint is compatible with all optics that use an RMSc footprint as well as Holosun K series optics (407K, 507K, EPS, EPS Carry) without any need for aftermarket optic adapter plates.

No, you won't need an adapter palte. If both surfacesa are Shield standards, then you will be able to mount the red dot without an adapter plate.

It would fit, however it is not as slim as the RMSc version. Therefore the sides of the red dot sight will not ergonomically fit the housing of the handgun.

This model is not fully waterproof. If you are searching for a waterproof version we would suggest the RMSw that offers a full array of waterproof coatings on lenses.

You are unable to turn off the SMS model manually. When the included cover is installed on the red dot sight, the dot is actually turned off. 

Shield currently has problems with the supply of their products (assembly parts) which is why the delivery time once ordered is approximately 8 weeks.

This red dot sight features an automatic brightness control system.

The price of shipping to the USA for this red dot sight is 9.90$ with the Express Mail Service.

Since we are based in Slovenia (European Union) you will most certainly face some customs fees, however. please note that when delivering outside the European Union Optics Trade is not responsible for any customs charges of the customer’s country. Please check the potential fees of your purchase with your local customs office.

For a handgun, we would recommend an 8 MOA dot. 1 MOA red dot is also surrounded by a 65 MOA circle and is not a viable option for your configuration. 

This particular red dot sight fits directly on the receiver of the Springfield Hellcat OR (Optics Ready) system handgun.

Sig Sauer P365 XL OR (Optics Ready) model is designed to fit Sig Sauer Romeo Zero and Shield Sights mini red dots directly.

UPS offers full tracking information, insurance for the entire package and is usually much faster while Express Mail Service (EMS) is limited in this regard.

If the slide is specifically designed for the RMS red dot sight, then the SMS red dot should also fit without a problem.

If your handgun has an optics ready (OR) mounting surface for Shield Sights it should work perfectly.

If not, you will need to procure an appropriate Shield Sights adapter for Canik handgun.

The higher the MOA value, the bigger the dot. Keep in mind that smaller dot values are suitable for rifles while higher MOA values (bigger dots) are used on handguns.

You can choose this particular product only with a red dot in the center, or with a red dot in the center and the 65 MOA circle around it.

A product which you are referring to is perfect for fast-target acquisition, however, please note that we don't have it in stock at this moment.

One of the best alternatives are the Noblex Sight C and Vortex Venom red dot sights.
