I need an adapter for the docter sight C dot on the zeiss diatal 6x42 colla tube. I would like to know the difference between the 8 and 11,t mm options. Is this the width of the ring possible? If it is, is the wider ring probably better because of the larger contact area? Since the binoculars don't have a moulding, I think a full ring of two pieces is also better than three 3/4? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Za na colsko tubo zeiss diatal 6x42 potrebujem adapter za docter sight C piko. Zanima me razlika med opcijami 8 in 11,t mm. Ali je to širina obročka mogoče? Če je, je verjetno boljši širši obroček zaradi večje naležne površine? Ker daljnogled nima letve je po moje tudi boljši cel obroček iz dveh delo, kot iz treh 3/4? Že vnaprej hvala za odgovor.

For 8 and 11.5, it is the height of the adapter and the mounting respectively. Henneberger manufactures two models of this mount, one that fits over the entire surface of the tube, and one that fits only 3/4 of the way up the tube. If the height of the mount allows and you have enough space between the mounting surface and the tube of the binoculars, either is actually suitable.

Pri 8 in 11,5 gre za višino adapterja oziroma montaže. Henneberger proizvaja dva modela te montaže in sicer ena se namesti na celotno površino cevi, druga pa samo 3/4. V kolikor Vam višina montaže dopušča in imate dovolj prostora med montažno površino in cevjo daljnogleda je pravzaprav katerakoli primerna.
