We have purchased the Hikmicro Lynx Pro LH 15 monocular as well as the Sunfounder 13.3Inch Raspberry Pi Display IPS Screen to display a larger image but we are having trouble getting the picture to display on the IPS screen, can you please help?

Hi there, I bought this camera and I have a problem with getting to a MENU WHen I switch it on..there is only grey window..on the top..there should be shown date, time when I press menu for 5 seconds..it shows one grey window on the side..but without letters..nothing..no possible to change something..there is only a grey window...
