About Vector Optics

About the Product (1x22x26)

Many Vector Optics reflex red dot sights come with a bottom battery compartment, and this includes Vector Optics Frenzy. The buttons flush together with the housing. The battery lasts 20.000 hours at the weakest visible intensity setting, which is setting 3.

The red dot comes with a fixed mount for the Picatinny platform, and there is the Trijicon RMR footprint underneath. It is made of 6061 T-6 aluminium alloy, which makes it easier to hold. Without the adapter, it weighs 29 grams. The open compact reflex red dot sight is also waterproof, shock-proof, and fog-proof.

This AUT (automatic dot intensity) model is equipped with a light sensor. The user has the option of switching from manual to automatic mode, in which the brightness of the dot is adjusted automatically based on the ambient light.

Optical Properties

This Vector Optics Frenzy model has a 1x magnification, which is suitable for observing with both eyes open. The glass is fully multicoated to provide the user with a sharp, bright image. Some blue tint appears at the upper part of the field of view, but this does not pose a problem when observing.

Illumination

Frenzy 1x22x26 comes with 10 levels of illumination and delivers great observation even at the highest setting with no reflections in the corners of the field of view. This Vector Optics red dot comes with a 3 MOA dot.

Hi My question is about the auto turn off feature of the Frenzy 1x22x26 AUT red dot optic. Is there a way we can switch this off. It is very upsetting to present your firearm and then realize that you have no sighting system. Regards Js sawhney
