I cannot get blackout to work with (samsung) Connect software on 5.0. Silence mode in settings DID work. What is the problem?

Based on your description, you can do the following:

- Reset your device

- Open the Tactacam App and connect to your Tactacam. Android users will need to download a video player for their devices. We recommend MX Media player you can find it in the Android app store.

- Turn Wi-Fi Off - Press and hold the Wi-Fi/Mode button for 4 seconds. This will turn off your Wi-Fi and disconnect you from your mobile device.

Keep getting connection error asking to check IP address when Trying to connect new 5.0 To app

I just bought a Tactacam 5.0 for my rifle. I have it connected to my phone through the app but I can only record by pressing record on my phone - the record (and mode) button on the camera aren't operating - the lights are on but when I press the record button, it doesn't start blinking and doesn't record. I can't change modes from the camera either - I can only operate the camera from my phone - which is not optimal while hunting. Can you assist me in getting the camera fully operable?

Otherwise, we recommend you to turn to the point of sale for additional help or closer inspection for any errors on the device.
