Hi, Assuming that on Ruslan swing mounts the height dimension is measured from bottom of the base piece (top of receiver) to center of scope tube, am I right? And extension is dimension from swing pivot point center to middle of the ring? Or to front face of the ring? And also would like to know are magnum mounts only way to go when mounting Zeiss Victory 3-12x56 on a .375h&h Sako Kodiak? Or is it possible to keep it mounted with normal mounts?

Dear Sir,

thank you for contacting us.

Please note that the BH height is measured from the mounting surface of the rifle to the lower surface of the riflescope's tube and the KR extension is the distance between the mounting surface and the front ring, measured horizontally. If the ring is exactly above the mounting surface, the KR is 0 mm. You can also find more information regarding this here. Also, according to the caliber, we would definitely recommend the magnum version of the Rusan pivot mount for Sako 75/85.

Thank you for your understanding.

Have a nice day ahead.
