I own a Tikka M590 and wish to fit a 30mm tubed Schmidt and Bender 8x56 scope. What strong steel setup would you recommend? I am using it as a stalking rifle. Please send me a link to the items required and I shall make a purchase. Many thanks

We are happy to inform you that we have various mounting solutions for Tikka M690. A mounting solution from the manufacturer Optilock would be the following:

- Optilock Tikka Base (https://www.optics-trade.eu/en/optilock-tikka-base.html)

- Optilock Scope Mount Rings, Tikka - Sako, 30.0 mm - Rings Only (https://www.optics-trade.eu/en/optilock-scope-mount-rings-tikka-sako-30-0-mm.html)

The recommended BH height of the mount for the mentioned riflescope is at least 17mm, meaning that 10mm and 14mm rings should offer enough clearance between the rifle's barrel and the riflescope's objective.
