The clip that attaches the site to the rail has came off. I would just like to see if you can help describe how to reattach the latch please. Many thanks, Ash

I wish to purchase a red dot sight which can attach to my 20 gauge Weatherby Athena over/under, for hunting turkey, what do you recommend both mount and sight?

thank you for contacting us.

Please note Aimpoint Micro S-1 already has a mount suitable for shotguns with ventilated ribs. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm if it will suit the mounting surface on your shotgun.

However, you could use an ERA-TAC Picatinny Rail for Shotgun Rib to which then you can mount almost every red dot sight. For a 20 Gauge, we would recommend you a red dot sight of higher quality so that it is robust enough to withstand the caliber. Aimpoint red dot sights are one of those products.

Hello! I have a Sabatti Alpen eagle double barrel shotgun in 20 mag. I mostly hunt foxes, martens and some rabbits with it, occasionally also geese and crows. I find that I have problems with night shots in particular, as it is extremely difficult to see the fly and aim correctly. I would like an optical dot, in principle I have decided on the Aimpoint micro S1, but I would like to check with you if it will be possible to mount said optical dot on this rifle. It has a vented rib, and I just measured the width at about 6,5mm. In case it can be mounted, I kindly ask you for a quotation and if it suits me, I will pay as per invoice today. Igor PS: so far I am extremely satisfied with all the selection from you, also the grizzly 9,3x62 jacket with Zeiss v8 1-8x has already proven itself in the last hunting season! ;)

Pozdravljeni! Imam dvocevko šibrenico Sabatti Alpen eagle v kalibru 20 mag. Največ z njo lovim lisice, kune in kakšnega zajca, občasno tudi šoje in vrane. Predvsem ugotavljam, da imam težave pri strelih ponoči, saj je izjemno težko videti muho ter pravilno pomeriti. Želel bi optično piko, načeloma sem se odločil za Aimpoint micro S1, bi pa preveril pri vas, če se bo dalo zmontirati omenjeno optično piko na to puško. Ima vented rib, širino pa sem pravkar nameril na cca 6,5mm. V primeru, da se da zmontirati, vas vljudno prosim za ponudbo in če mi bo ustrezala, plačam po predračunu še danes. Hvala in lep pozdrav! Igor PS: do sedaj sem izjemno zadovoljen z vso izbiro pri vas, tudi sako grizzly 9,3x62 z Zeiss v8 1-8x se je že izkazal v zadnji lovni sezoni! ;)

The Aimpoint Micro S-1 Red Dot can be mounted on a 6.5 mm wide "ventilated rib" shotgun. The Red Dot package includes various mounting elements for mounting on 6-8 mm, 8-10 mm and 10-12 mm battens.
