BH stands for "build height". It's the distance between the upper part of the rifle and the bottom part of the tube. 

You can measure the BH height you need by using this simple formula: Take the outer diameter of your riflescope's objective, then subtract the tube's diameter, and then divide the result by 2. For example: If your riflescope’s outer objective’s diameter is 56 mm, and your tube diameter is 30 mm, you would subtract 30 from 56 and get 26. Then you would need to divide 26 by 2 to get 13, which would be the shortest BH height that you could choose.
