The Arken EP5 5-25x56 riflescope is a very short MIL-MIL scope
It is built to very high standards and the optical clarity is well-above average.
The reticle is true to clicks and the turrets are precise. They move 10 MIL / 25 MOA per revolution.
The only downside is that this Arken EP5 is a little on the heavy side, but this can be forgiven given its other features.

Arken EP5 Series

Arken Optics riflescopes iare perfect for tactical shooting applications. The FFP VPR reticle provides precise aiming points at all magnification levels, and the high-quality optics allow for clear and accurate target identification. With a rugged construction that can withstand extreme conditions, the EP5 is perfect for any situation.

Physical Poperties

The Arken EP5 5-25x56 scope is made of metal and has a fast-focus eyepiece. It offers 5-25x magnification and a 56-millimeter objective lens. The outer objective diameter of the scope is 66 millimeters. The scope is nitrogen purged, waterproof, and shockproof up to .50 BMG.

The Arken EP5 5-25x56 riflescope is a quality optic that offers superior ergonomics and performance. The clicks on the windage and elevation turrets are audible and tactile, making it easy to count every click without looking at the turret. The turrets are also of multi-turn type, with a total elevation range of 32 MILs and a windage turret allowing for 16 MILs of travel maximum. The reticle is configured in MIL, making it ideal for tactical use. Additionally, the scope has a hard zero stop and an AZS Zero Stop System.

Optical Properties

The Arken EP5 5-25x56 tactical riflescope is a high-quality scope that offers a clear and sharp image with no blurring or distortion visible. The image stays clear on the edges as well. The scope features Japanese-made glass, which minimizes dispersion and contributes to the exceptional optical quality of the scope. The eye relief is 86 millimeters, and the eyebox is also very comfortable, making it easy to stay on target or behind the reticle through the entire magnification range. Additionally, the magnification is 5-20x, which makes this a 5x zoom scope. The large 56-millimeter objective lens ensures that the image remains bright through all magnifications. Finally, the field of view at 5x magnification is 8.4 meters t 100 meters, while at 20x magnification, the FOV is 1.63m/100m. The reticle is positioned in the first focal plane and is MIL or MOA configurable. The illumination is red and adjustable with 6 settings in total.

Warranty

The Arken is backed by USA engineering and features Japanese glass. Does the Arken EP5 scope retain the full 32 MRAD of internal elevation adjustment even with the Zero Stop set up?... Or do you only get approximately 16 MRAD internal elevation adjustment with the Zero Stop set (like other similar scopes)? Also, what's the T&C's for defects, issues and repairs with the warranty in the EU?
