Amazing pair!

I bought my dad the Swarovski EL 8.5x42 binoculars for his birthday and he loved them. He takes them with him when he goes hunting and he tells me that they work perfectly. We’ve had them for 2 months and used them multiple times without any problems. The color of the binoculars is very pretty and they are surprisingly lightweight! I don’t think he’ll be buying any new binoculars any time soon. I would recommend these.

Compliments to the staff at the shop for their professionalism. I was able to try out different binoculars to help me decide. Definitely the EL 8,5x42 is the best binocular I have ever looked through. The quality of the optics is superb and the handling is easy. The focus wheel, which is much talked about as not being the best, is in my opinion very good and accurate. <br>In conclusion, I can recommend a physical visit to the shop, and I give the binoculars a rating of 10/10 without a minus.

Pohvale osebju v trgovini za strokovnost. Za lažjo odločitev sem lahko preizkusil različne daljnoglede. Definitivno je EL 8,5x42 najboljši daljnogled skozi katerega sem kdaj gledal. Kakovost optike je vrhunska, rokovanje z njim pa enostavno. Kolešček za ostrino o katerem je veliko govora da ni najboljši, je po mojem mnenju zelo dober in natančen. <br>Za zaključek lahko priporočam fizični obisk trgovine, daljnogled pa brez minusov označim z oceno 10/10.

Is this the 1.5 close focus model or the 3.3m Thankyou

We are using model, 5 x 4.2 and the focusing wheel has stopped working. Is their anything that we can do to sort this as we are on holiday in South Africa and it would be good if we were able to sort the problem here. Thanks Peter

If the focusing is not working properly, we would strongly advise you to contact your seller and ask them to send the product for repairs directly at Swarovski.

I bought my Swarovski 8 x 42 binocs approximately 2009. Yesterday I discovered the diopter isn't working. The knob pulls out and moves back and forth as normal, with the usual clicks. Resistance in movement feels normal. However, it no longer changes the focus for the left eye. Help!
