What bh height is best for Cz range 308 synthetic? Scope will be Burris 1,5-6x42.

Thank you for your inquiry.

The basic formula to get the lowest BH is to take the outer objective diameter of the riflescope, subtract the tube diameter, and then divide the result by two. What you get is, in principle, the lowest mounting that will be appropriate.

Since the Burris 1.5-6x42 hasn an outer objective diameter of 46 mm and a tube diameter of 30 mm, the lowest BH you could choose is 8 mm. The lowest available for Kozap Slip-on one piece mount, Q-R, CZ 557 SA, 30 mm is 14 mm, which will do just fine.
