We offer the possibility of cash on delivery in EU only when UPS shipping services are used. UPS will attempt to collect the amount shown on the C.O.D. tag or package label, and then send the payment to you. If UPS cannot collect the payment after three attempts, the package will be returned.
Money transfer in a form of Bank transfer is also a payment method we offer to our customers. Customers go through all the usual steps with their order but at the final checkout page they choose Money transfer as their preferred payment method. We then form a PDF Proforma invoice which carries all the information needed for a Bank transfer. Our Company information, IBAN, Swift/BIC code and Bank address is on the Proforma invoice. As soon as the funds are received in our account we proceed with the order and the order is processed the same way as if the payment was made by any other method.

Every customer has the right to return any product(s) in a period of 15 days after the product(s) have been received. The cancellation period will expire after 15 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
Returns are done without any questions asked, since we believe that this is not only a customer right by law but it is also a legitimate choice. If you received a product and you see that it does not fit your needs, it is understandable that you will wish to return it.
When returning the product, the buyer sends it at his own expense and is entitled to a full refund upon return if the product is in the same condition as new, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories, manuals, or any other items that belong to the product.
In the event of any damage or signs of use, reduced quantity, or similar cases, Optics Trade d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse the return or to refund only up to 50% of its original value.
If the customer does not agree with the offered refund value, the product will be returned to the customer without refund. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to maintain the quality of our products and services.
The refund will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the returned product and can only be made via transfer to the customer's bank account or in the form of a credit note for a future purchase in the online store. We advise customers to choose to insure the shipment and pack the goods as carefully as possible when sending them back.

If you requested an exchange and you already know which model you wish to exchange your product for, please enter the SKU or model of the new product in the 'exchange' field. Please take photos of your product from all sides and with all accessories. The serial number of the product, if any, should be visible in the photo.
Our customer service employee will review your data within 1-2 working days to check if the product is without faults and if you are entitled to your request.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. You will receive a PDF form by email, which should be printed and included in the parcel along with the product. If you are not entitled to a refund or exchange, you will be informed.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and assess whether it matches your photos.
Once approved, you will be able to choose a new product or will be refunded the purchase price using the same payment method you chose for your last order, unless you chose ‘cash on delivery’, in which case we will ask you to provide us with your bank account details.
Many of our optical products have long warranty periods and are usually used for many years, sometimes even decades. Possibility of having a problem with any optical problem is small, however in the course of time it can happen. Since we believe that aftersales services are a cornerstone of any good online store, we also believe that it is our duty to help our customers in such cases. If the product is already older than its warranty period, we can still arrange repair in most cases. Repairs can also be arranged for many European products even if they are damaged; however such repairs are paid for by the customer.

Please provide details of the product you are filing a claim about, including a detailed description of the problem.
To help resolve your claim, please take a photo of your product so that the defect is visible. If the product has a serial number, it should also be visible on the photo.
Our customer service employee will review your data within 1-4 working days and check if your product is eligible for a warranty claim (i.e. if the product is still under warranty for repair).

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and assess whether it matches your photos (repairs can take 4-6 weeks).
We will keep you informed of any changes (additional repair costs, etc.) during the repair.
After receiving the product from the repair shop, we check that the defect has been rectified and send the product back to you. In case of additional costs, we will return the product to you after receiving the additional payment.
